1. Money-Back Guarantee
TradeGuard offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions. If you are not entirely satisfied with the TradeGuard platform, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@tradeguard-eu.app with your order number. Refunds will be processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and returned to your original payment method.
3. After the Guarantee Period
After the 14-day window has passed, all subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and you retain full access until that date.
